Yes, I worked out intensely starting around 4ish months out. Due to my complications, I was not allowed to do more than walk the first 4 months. I started a weight lifting regimen, 3 days a week, targeted a different body area, chest, back/shoulders, then extremities, one day of hard cardio, hip hop abs, and majoy ab/core workouts. . . I slacked off at the 8.5 month out point due to gallbladder surgery, and I am just now getting back into working out. More weight lifting, and 2-3 days of cardio. . . No more than 40-60 minutes per day though. I don't overdo it because my social calendar is constantly booked.
