  1. I am just sick of drinking and eating things with aspartame. the taste is GROSS.... i am trying to not eat / drink so much stuff with the stuff in it. why is it that they want us to eat/drink it? I was finding that it left a horrible taste in my mouth, i ate a regular sugar popscicle and am just trying to drink PLAIN water..... any ideas for post 16 days surgery?
  2. Hi, I am new to this site. I'm not exactly sure how to ask questions so I just tried this. I just had my surgery on June 11 and I am doing okay. I have a question? Why am I not to eat sugar? Having a difficult time with all the sugar free products. Especially right now, I have a bad cold and can't seem to drink anymore aspertame liquids. Help!!
