To change your calorie info go to the website and to your page and go to my info tab at the top and you should see a screen that says "targets". I went ahead and had my appointment on the phone and just didn't mention I was banded. I received a lot of useful information.

I feel at least 20 years younger and I have been told look about 10 years younger!! (I just turned 57!)

I am so encouraged whenever I look at this thread...I thought if I posted mine it might help to see them side by side. This is me the night before surgery and on my 5 month anniversary.

I am loving my Body Bugg....it has definately kept me moving and away from food. I sure don't want to have to up my exercise to burn more calories! I wear mine to bed because I love to see what I burn during the night...as far as sex goes..if I ever have it again I will definately wear it just to see how many calories I can burn...might just cancel my gym membership at that point...HAHA...

Sandra from what I have read, they fix a flipped port in the doctors office under local... I set my goal for JUST UNDER overweight...I am not sure I want to get there though...I am thinking a size 8 won't be bad for a 57 yr old woman! I am a size 10(vs. 20W) bottoms and Large top(vs. 24/26). I am going to see how I feel at a size 8 and see if I can say to heck with the scales...

I am loving my bodybugg...I didn't know there was an up and down to it..I just throw it on either way and it works fine. I went ahead with my free 45 minute phone session and just didn't mention lapband. The woman was wonderful and basically walked me all over the website and showed me all kinds of tools I can use to see how I am doing and change up things if I need to.....

PM=Private Message. I bought my Spanx on Ebay but that is because I am an eBay seller myself and always look there first!

I have been wearing mine since Tuesday and I definately am sitting less...I want to keep those numbers where they belong. I am going to order the digital part as it would make me move even more if I knew where I stood (or moved) each day...

I have worn the spanx...they are the best cheat around! Everyone is doing so well....we should be proud! I am of the generation where it was wrong to be anything but humble and giving..hard to me to muster up a feeling of self accomplishment but darn it....I am working at it!!

One more question; they just called to set up my first phone session and want me to log my food for a week and make sure I take my weight in the am of their call. Did you guys tell them on the phone about the lapband? I think otherwise my eating habits will seem just too strange to them.

I got my bodybugg today and had to call to get help installing it on my computer...does anyone use the dietary part of the online program? No matter how I try to trick it with answers, it says I need 60% carbs so that isn't going to work for me!

My Bodybugg will be here tomorrow...I am so excited. I have been paying for a gym membership and haven't gone in over 2 months..I am hoping this is the motivation I need!

I reached Onderland today!! I am out of breath and speachless..I have been dancing around the house like a fool...and I don't care! I made it to Onderland...as we say here in Texas, YEEEEEEEEEEEHAWWWWWWWWWWW!:clap2:

I went on a plateau breaker Monday and have lost 5 lbs since then! I had only lost 4 lbs in an entire month and it scared me so I decided to get tough. It is the best decision I have made in awhile. I also am at 200 lbs even this morning..hopefully tomorrow will be onederland! I have on a size 10 pants today and realized I haven't been that size since 1988 and then it was for a class reunion so I gained it ALL back and then some within a few months. I just ordered a Body Bugg as I am getting closer to goal and need to be accountable for my exercise. Everyone is doing great. It is hard to believe it has been almost six months.....I am loving my band!

I just purchased a Body Bugg online at 24hourfitness.com and they are on sale for $279 and that includes the first three months of web and 2 1/2 hr phone sessions. They also have the wrist thingie for around $70! Shipping was free if standard!
