have you tried the EAS low carb shakes, they are really good, i am 5 weeks post op, on a mushy diet but these shakes are great, i really enjoy them, they are better than any other protein powders i tried, yeah, they are gross! -

i agree, i was sleeved june 14 and it was the best thing i ever did for myself, my quality of life is so much better, i have so much energy, portions are much smaller but it was so worth it! -
