yay!!!!! Back to working out dang it feels so good but still stuck at the same weight.

Hello ALL I haven't been on here in months hope everyone is doing well. I've had a cpl set backs one being my 6 yr old son had a stroke so my weight is not coming off like I thought it would be really my sons health is the most important.

SO SAD THAT MY BACK IS HOLDING MY WEIGHT LOSS BACK. ALMOST 6 MONTHS AND i'VE ONLY LOST 65 LBS. 35 MORE TO GO WILL THEY EVER COME OFF

KICK BOXING CLASS IS CALL MY NAME AND SO IS 150 LBS SO I BETTER GET UP AND GET TO MOVIN 5 MONTHS 65 LBS ANS STUCK

Im stuck why cant I break this weight It's getting quite depressing even though I here how great I look I still know how much I weight

no excersice mean no weight loss and having a tare in a disk in my back means no excersice BOOOOO

The only extra education I had to do was a few hour class that Dr. Yadegar's dietician puts on and then he comes for the last hour to explain EVERYTHING this class was SO helpful and prepared me for what to expect. They do the classes once a month and you MUST take it before surgery, they hold it at the Oxford Inn in Lancaster.

Initial appointment with Dr. Y??? I think it was 3 weeks but thats very unusaul its more like a 2 months. Dont plan anything yet wait until he gives you the OK for surgery then one of the girls will call you to schedule surgery.

Actually I went to P.C. Thanks Im feeling great this week! had a rough 2 weeks but Im totally back on track

I finally have my Pre-op Appointment tomorrow I'm ready with a list of questions. I also have to attend an education class (4hrs) put on by my surgeon Dr. Yadegar Lancaster Ca. after already attending 20 weeks of classes I THINK IM READY lol Im staying positive and happy for all the education I can get. I have lost 18 pounds during my 20 week class so was not asked to loose anymore once I was referred to the surgeon. Im trying to get all my ducks in a row because I have 4 children to take care of and my husband was only able to get 4 days off of work. Do you think Ill be able to continue my mommy duties?? if so how soon post-op??

Hello All this is my first day posting I am having the Sleeve on June 8th. I have been working towards this for a year and a half (insurance) and its finally right around the corner and I cant believe it!!!. Looking for whatever advise I can get. I am currently 240lbs.
