Hi! He is doing great! We had his one week check up today, 15lbs lost in one week!! He has another check up in two weeks, which the doctor estimates him to lose another 25lbs. He is doing really good. His only compliant is pain in his lower back. From what I have read, it takes some people longer to get rid of the CO2 than others. He said other than the lower back pain he feels fine. Don't get me wrong, he does get tired faster than normal but that is to be expected. For example, he went with me yesterday to Walmart and by the time we got to the check out he was ready to go (of course he is not a fan of going to walmart anyways). He gets to start thicker liquids this week but he really hasn't been too hungry. He can eat a half cup of Jello and that fills him up. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
