Sorry I didn't answer you. I don't get notified of visitor messages by my email. Just private messages. I have been doing well. I have been busy since last Friday. I made 7 Saskatoon pies and 2 dozen butter tarts on Friday for a Spring Market and tea that a group i belong to put on. It sucks big time to make all those pies and tarts and not be able to have one little wee taste. lol But I survived. I just got back from Calgary today. Was there a few days for docs. appointments. Eating cream soups, applesauce, and protein shakes now. Mmmm I found a protein shake I actually love. Tastes like melted ice cream. So glad to hear you have a date for surgery. You must be so darn relieved. Now the worry will set in. lol. Well you take care Terri and maybe we will talk in VSG chat.

Hi Wendy, Did you go to Mexicali for your surgery too? Thanks for the nice comment you left about my picture. I have had to force myself to smile while so overweight. I hate having my picture taken. I am hoping to change that. lol

Hey band. Havent seen you around lately. Did you get your surgery booked yet? I had mine on Tuesday and so far so good. I am not hungry at all. Have been drinking apple juices and chicken broth. Can't stand the taste of water anymore. Wierd. It happened to Dr. Campos too. Maybe some lemon in it when I get home.

Hey tide. Just thought I would let you know I got the surgery and all is well. Just some gas pain but nothing unmanageable. I am starting to feel pretty good and could use some broth but for now just apple juice and some gross chamomile tea. I go home on Friday morning. All the best to you and your wife.

Hey Jess. Just thought I would slip you a note to tell you I made it to Mexicali okay. Had a wonderful "last supper". And I didn't even stuff myself! Eating slow is going to be a challenge. lol Had all my tests done today and then went for a swim this afternoon at the resort. I am being picked up at 7 a.m. so I am hoping the surgery is first thing in the morning. I will try to post something tomorrow night if I am able. I guess i just missed you tonight in the chat room daisy told me. How are you doing anyway? Haven't talked to you for so long. I was very busy the last few days at home and didnt' get on here much. How is the cream soups going? Let me know how you are girl. Talk to you soon.

I am glad you are okay Jessica. I was having trouble with my %^&* computer and couldn't talk to you. I just saw you said you were okay and that's it. So I am glad you messaged me. I am so glad to hear you spent another day in the hospital. I sure wouldn't have wanted to come home in one day. Hope you are doing better and rest lots and we'll talk sometime. Don't know why the email didn't work. Oh well see you and take care girl!

Hey gr8pyrmom. I was reading Tiffykins post and looked at your name and was trying to figure it out when I saw your beauty laying down in the picture. Then I went 'Duh. Great Pyrneese" lol I also have a gr8pyr named Lucy. She is an angel from heaven! We rescued her from the SPCA and she has been the best dog ever! We live in the country and she looks after us by keeping the coyotes away. She loves to come into the house in the winter for snuggles by the fire. Aren't they the best? Gentle Giants! Good luck with your weight loss journey. I start mine on April 27.

Hello Destiny, My little dog is just a year old. Your baby is a cutey too. Gotta love a man or a dog with a moustache. My surgery is April 25. In Mexicali, Mexico. Right in Earthquake central. lol I got a message from the coordinator and she said everything there is fine now. That's too bad you can't get the times off of work. It's a bummer waiting, but it will be here before you know it.
