    I am going to have smart lip done for the arms because the incision is so little and the results are great and those high betties just hang there I can't take it. It runs about 2,000 for the smart lipo to the arms.

    Awesome!!! I weighed 270 when i started to. It seems like forever to get rid of all this. How long did it take you to hit your target? What was your approx weightloss each month?

    I had my surgery on Feb. 1 and trust me it gets much easier. The hardest part is head hunger vs real hunger you will notice that you still serve yourself the same but can only eat a quarter of a meal ;0)

    Ya well they called for me too and I forgot so I went in anyway :0). I will be there this saturday too. Did you schedule first thing? So I guess we will see eachother again. Did you find the B-12s? I am doing good I was at a stall that finally broke :)

    I was sleeved on the 1st of Feb. I was 270 pre op and 247 now. Wish I would loose more but not sure what else I can do I stay away from carbs exercise 4 times a week and I am stuck.

    I have some hair loss too :blushing: They Dr told me to increase protein intake.

    Congrats on your sleeving, the nausea will go away in a couple of days. I had my surgery on feb. 1 and feel absolutely great. This forum is really great! Congrats again!
