  1. Saturday~ choc fudge protein shake ham and swiss roll up 3 bites of filet, 2 california rolls, 1 shrimp Sunday~ choc fudge protein shake a few bites of filtet and rice- this hung with me all day! carnation instant breakfast -chocolate 5 hot cocoa kisses
  2. Today~ choc fudge protein shake roastbeef & swiss roll up 2oz italian beef w/provolone and some chips and dip. I'm sure we will snack later but I bought some healthy one for me!!

    I am 3# away from this goal! I will not beat myself up for this though! I am proud of what I lost!! Congrats to everyone who made it and didn't make!!

    Some days are 600 cal, most go 800-1000 cal. I do not worry about carbs because if I do eat them it is never much!

    Ck out the thread on here what did you eat today? Here is my day..... chocolate fudge Protein shake--tight in morning deli meat and cheese or tuna salad with a couple trisquits. I drink soup at hands for lunch when I am cold. dinner is whatever I make for the family---roast w/carrots,1/3 c taco filling w/ Beans and cheese, italian beef-no bread, I usually eat 1/4c to 1/2c. I snack on the following... sf pudding, yogurt,sunchips,almonds,ice cream, Protein Bars, whatever I want reaaly just alot less.
  6. Monday~ choc fudge protein shake 1/2 creamy chicken soup at hand, 10 fritos 3 large shrimp, 1/4c scalloped potatoes pb choc ice cream 1c
  7. Sunday~ 1 scrambled egg, 1 pc bacon pc of ham and swiss 1/4 of egg salad sand ww toast, 4 chips pb choc ice cream
  8. I let myself splurge since Christmas day! I ate so much crap that I can't even post it all. Simply because I don't remember--that's bad!! Saturday-- 1/2 dry cheerios 2 small pc of margherita pizza 1/2 small apple muffin cocoa kisses Today is a New Day!

    CONFESSION TIME..spill it

    I'm in love with Edward from Twilight. My hubby is glad that I'm done with that series. If he only knew why we have had sex everyday last week-- because of this Edward. Anyone else feel like this who read the series?

  13. My kids are begging to make cookies!! Each family member wants a specific cookie or candy made. I know if I make these I will taste every one of them. Do I tell them--not this year? I love baking! Do I make them and try really hard not to eat all of them? I am going to the dr. today and I think I want to skip my fill---just so I can eat Cookies? This is totally wrong!! I'm at good restriction but still think a slight fill would help avoid all the holiday SH*T. If you are making cookies...what are you making? I think I will be up to making healthy ones if you have any recipes.

  19. Yesterday was a grazing day for me! I don't think I can list everything I snacked on. Most of it was healthy-- I just snacked all day!!
  20. kcmagu-- that is a good thing cause I love ice cream!! Today~ 2 pc bacon a handful caramel corn crab salad 1/2 c toppings off a pizza peppermint ice cream 1/2 c --went down A OK!!

    Eating with the Non Banded???

    Even though I have a family of 5.....I prepare 1 meal and I can usually eat something from it. I am not bothered by what others eat in front of me at all. If I want something I eat it if I know it won't get stuck! As far as leftovers go that makes several meals for myself that I freeze in gladware 4oz containers. When I go out with friends I just order soup... I know these will go down easily. As time goes on you get use to eating a certain way and thats just the way it is. Good Luck to you!

    Band friendly appetizers

    we love crock pot meatballs w/cranberry and a bottle of chili sauce. I also make bacon wrapped water chestnuts. Wings are also a good thing. Lil' smokies cooked in bbq sauce. cheese cubes and whole wheat cracker bacon wrapped pineapple chunks ham and flavored cream cheese, lettuce whole wheat wraps.
