  1. Today~ 1/2c cheerios 1/2 tuna sandwich w/tomato and lettuce 1oz pepperoni stick and cheese-not healthy but was yummy 1/2 pc chicken with brussel sprouts, baby corn, broccoli sf jello pudding

    Gettin bored.

    that is exactly how I feel. I feel like I eat the same old crap everyday. Like tuna and salmon keeps me full, but I am sick of eating them. Sick of chicken as well! I have not had a fill since Sept. I am going to make them give me one next time since I'm hungry more often now. How much food are you eating at one time? I can do 1/2c to 1 cup at a time.

    Restraunt food - what do YOU order??

    I stick with a salad and a pc of chicken or fish. Sometimes I order chilli or a bean soup. Just have fun since you are celebrating!

    Night time hunger

    I went thru this as well. My dr. said I wasn't eating the right food for dinner if I was still hungry. I know that when I eat salmon or tuna for dinner I am so full I feel like I could bust. I have had 4 fills, the last one was in Sept. If I do get the urge to have a snack I have a cheese stick or yogurt. Good luck with that battle! I had fallen back into the snack habit bad. I am trying to avoid it as much as possible! It is a Daily battle for me.

    Milk? :S

    I love milk! I drink a glass of milk (always skim) a couple times a week. When I eat cereal I put milk in it but drain off the milk with every bite I take. I love cereal but I get hungry soon after because it goes thru the band quickly. If you keep it in moderation my dr. says its ok. Check with yours just to make sure.

    Can't eat until late in the day

    this happened to me and my dr said to make sure I get in a protein shake in the am. Then make sure I get the rest of my protein in before bedtime. The last month or so I have been able to eat breakfast and I love it!! I have not had a fill since last Sept. Hopefully you will start to open up soon and will be able to eat breakfast! Good Luck!

Saturday~ 1/2c oatmeal w/chopped almonds,pb and splash maple syrup snacked on calamari, chippers, mango colada roasted chicken with green beans and coleslaw Sunday~ oats 1/2c w/chopped apple,almonds and pat of butter cheese stick baked salmon with dill and lemon, green beans 70 cal cup ice cream
  9. Tuesday~ oatmeal w/chopped almonds and apples 1/2 c then other 1/2 of oats choc fudge protein shake cheese stick and munched on chicken 1/2 c chicken and rice w/veggies
  10. Monday~ Fiber One Cereal 1/2c 1pc of ww toast w/pb, 1/4 of banana 12 almonds choc protein shake 3 pc of chicken
  11. What put me over the edge was when we had taken the kids to an amusement park! I went with the older boys on a ride and the ride worker had to come put all of his body weight on a bar to get the bar latched! How frickin' embarrassing! After that happened, it took me a year of trying to lose weight with my doctor and still not seeing any results. I did not want to be in my 50's and have a bunch of health problems! I want to live my life to the fullest--healthy! This was the best thing I have ever done for myself!!

    I bought a bunch of them as well and I could not get them down! We ended up dumping them out. Big waste of money!
  13. Lexy~what is Mexican Mash? Sunday~ choc protein shake 1/2 chicken salad sandwich the other 1/2 later 4pc grilled asian chicken w/greens only 1 margarita!! wanted more....
  14. Yesterday~ pc bacon- egg would not go down skinless chicken leg, beans pc of fudge, 90 cal rice cakes 1/2c chicken salad with pc of apple
  15. KC--I suppose you have every right to brag about your trip! I am jealous for sure--we got 16" of snow yesterday on top of the foot we already had! Enough whining now... Yesterday~ 1/2c fiber one cereal choc fudge Protein shake almonds 12, yogurt 1/2 c roasted chicken, mixed veggies

  17. Today~ I followed everyone else and tried the oats w/pb and syrup! protein shake cheese wedge and 12 almonds steak fajitas-4pc steak w/lettuce,cheese,avocado mixed-no shell
  18. We have been so busy I've not posted in a week it seems! Sunday~ black coffee 1/2 english muffin w/strawberry jam 1/2 culver's burger pretzels frozen yogurt 1c
  19. I can tell you that I never get hungry! I have lost 70#.

    I have hit a plateau now plus I have been exercising 5 days/wk. I pretty much eat until I get full. Sometimes I can eat alot and other times I can't eat much at all! Congrats on your success!

  21. not a stupid ?? You just mix the dry pudding with the other 2 ingredients!! Very easy and yummy.

  23. Angel Lush is ...... Small box of sf vanilla pudding, can of undrained crushed pineapples, 1 cup of sf coolwhip. Just mix them all together. Chill for 2 hours. I have had such a sweet tooth lately!! Saturday~ sausage,egg,cheese, pepper, onion skillet 1/2 c 2 California Rolls- I learned how to make them now sesame chicken 4 bites, 1/2 veggie egg roll spoon of lush Sunday~ 2pc bacon,1/2 egg, 2 peach slices caramel macciahto (sp)small 1/2 pepper jack grilled cheese and 4 ruffles 50 cal,sf fudge bar
  24. Today~ 1/2 c oatmeal w/pb 1/2 c tex mex stew spoon of angel lush skillet lasagna 1/2c w/1/2 pc garlic bread
