  1. took me about 10 months, I eat pretty normally now, and wearing size 10's and smaller-think I will stay at this weight, but do need a tummy tuck!

thaniks everyone for your nice comments, I really appreciate them.

  2. Thanks all, was a good pic all right, not quite how i see myself on a regular basis, but occasionally a good snapshot can happen. Linda, the wrinkles will give me away for looking older before long now, I see a lot more of them when I am being expressive. I do feel good, can walk now without back discomfort (had so much middle to hold up, was killing me) and have more stamina than before, for sure!

  3. They were sure fun to catch too...found a great spot on Neimeben Lake and caught those within an hour, sometimes both of us had a fish on our lines at the same time!

Such great eating when they are that fresh! We ate the two smallest for supper!

the rest are still in our freezer. We had to eat up some from our June fishing trip first!

  4. Thanks you KayKay, it really isn't that wonderful, I have rosacia and if I take a drink (wine for eg) I turn quite red. Also still get bumps when I eat lots of carbs. Am fortunate that I don't have many wrinkles for my age (71) and attribute some of that to being a non-smoker all my life and not a sun-seeker. Living so far north helps with that aspect of course, wear a cap when fishing or full helmet when motorcycling, so the face is somewhat protected in the summer. I don't do sunscreen tho, so go figure! LOL!

I only hope the face will be somewhat toned with the weight loss and not go all lwrinkly and saggy baggy! will find our soon enough I guess, sleeve day in 9 days now!
