  1. I'd get heartburn occasionally before VSG, but now I get it all the time, and it's 2-3x worse than before. I suppose if I altered my diet (took out citrus, tomatoes, chocolate, wine etc. ((I don't eat/drink in excess, just occasionally))...), it'd go away, but I'm willing to live with the consequences, and I do take medicine for it, about every other day.
  2. I agree!! My mom has lost all her weight doing WW, but she is having a hell of a time keeping it off. She wants to be sleeved so bad...she sees how easy it is for me (you know what I mean-we still work at it to lose and keep it off, but this is a piece of cake compared to NOT having WLS).
  3. I've reached a lot of my goals so far, but one of them is to get a tattoo on my upper arm or shoulder (both eventually lol) and not be ashamed to show it off (I have always hated my arms). I already have an idea for the arm one, but I won't get it until I reach my goal (another 15-20 lbs). I'm getting one on the back my neck first, though...
  4. I don't know what that stuff is that Dr. Aceves uses, but I took it off as soon as I got home. It left a red mark where it was, in the same shape. I then used a Bandaid (bandaid brand lol) and it left a red mark in the bandaid shape...guess I'm allergic. It took about 2 months for that bandaid mark to go away...it was so weird....
  5. I can't wait until I'm in your shoes. I have about 20 lbs until I reach goal, but who knows how I'll feel at that point! It'll put me at a BMI is about 22.8. Congrats to you! Maybe you can sneak in a chocolate truffle here and there lol?
