I finally posted a before picture and an in progress picture! Took a lot for me to do that - I have to say, I don't think I even look like the same person - at ALL.

cottage cheese with some strawberry "simply fruit" mixed in is absolutely divine! Great little snack!

I'm sitting in my office with my space heater on my feet and my dog is laying in front of it hogging all the heat! I have no idea how she can stand to be so close to it! lol

Okay, I almost had to hate the President - he's coming to the city I live in the day I'm leaving for surgery and I was worried it would mess with my flight, but he is leaving 4 hours before my flight so I'm safe haha

Jello is also my friend right now.

Heaven appears to come in the form of ramen noodle spice packets. Chuck the noodles and just have the broth! Its really making pre-op life easier! One sip and my belly stopped grumbling!

note to self: using someone's medifast protein powder is NOT a tasty alternative. YECH.
