The cake at work today was beautiful.I did not eat any of it. And I feel really damn proud, and strong ! Pretty cake, you have no power over me!!

OMG having the hardest time kicking the caffeine. been drinking Tim Hortons coffee everyday for god knows how long then I switched over to 1 cup of brewed tea a day for the past 3 months now I have to go caffeine free beginning tomorrow should have started it two days ago but starting tomorrow. lol

Well Im 2 day post op and Im feeling ok! Its a lil hard to get my fluids in but my doc released me on full liquids! just taking it easy and making sure to get up and walk! Thanks for the well wishes!!!

thanks guys I think I got off pretty easy on the pre op diet I just have to follow phase one of the South Beach Diet which is really just cutting out the carbs. Basically i can have meat and vegetables. I start the Miralax on Sunday morning and the day befor my surgery I can have breakfast-more miralax and clear liquids for the rest of the day.
