  1. I also kept my surgery private. Just say you have a tummy ache.
  2. Dec 3rd sleeved now down 30lbs! 1 away from "one-derland"
  3. Update. 5 1/2 weeks out and I am now down 30lbs! 200lbs on the dot!
  4. Dec 3rd sleever here. Down 25lbs. Nothing in the last week and I had a 2 week stall mid December. Patience is a virtue I don't have. Are we there yet?!?!?!? Hahaha
  5. Thanks Jenny! That's inspirational. My sw was 230 (12/3/13). I'm currently 205. I'm still have that voice in my head saying I will never reach goal.
  6. Including HW, SW, CW & any pics. What got you there besides the sleeve. Whats your best tip?
  7. 1 month post op today. After a 2 week stall In just lost another 5. That's 25 total! SW 230 CW 205!!!! I can almost taste "one-derland". All restrictions have been lifted I can eat anything healthy and rich in protein, I just have to chew the heck out of it. Hang in there newborns. Its worth the discomfort and hard work!
  8. I do isopure cut with water as well as premier protein. The rest make me yack. The smell of Nectar turned me off. Can you have yogurt yet? I have Fage Greek plain and then I drizzle with agave.
  9. Pureed Chicken Tikka Masala nom nom nom
  10. I lost 20 the first week & 1/2 and have been in a stall for 2 weeks. The body needs time to adjust. You will find when you do eat the scale will start to move downward again. You are in famine mode. You body is trying to protect itself by holding on to whatever stores it has. Get plenty of h20 and protein and step away from the scale. I feel your pain but I have faith, we can do it!
  11. Chocolate Milk gets me through, I put it in a cocktail glass lol although I can tolerate sugar, they do have sugar free syrup. Good luck
  12. How far out are you? Did your sleeve get mad?
  13. Dec 3rd sleever checking in. Down 20lbs and went bowling (with a light ball) tonight! (Sw 230, cw 210)
  14. I am 3 weeks out and tonight I had about 4oz of white wine. I didn't even think about it (dumb I know) it was just served with Xmas supper. I feel fine, not even a buzz and no pain. Could I have done damage to my sleeve?
  15. I was thinking of you today. How did it go?
  16. I'm on my 3rd week and I have discomfort and tenderness around my largest incision still.
  17. Oh hahaha I should have added I'm only 2.5 weeks out. How far out until I can eat meat?
  18. My brother just filled my freezer with delicious venison. When can I eat it? waaaaaaaaa
  19. I squish my pills between 2 spoons. Next I take a tiny bit of my protein shake and pour it into the spoons with the crushed pills. I swallow it back and chase it with a swig of the shake. I tried adding it to stuff before too, I think it just gives you more bitter stuff to get down.
