I do Bikram 4x a week. I was able to start a month after surgery. I make sure to drink Water all day long, as much as I can before, during and after. So far so good and its helping my skin stay firm.

Same thing happened to me last week. I had to manually remove (yuck) what I could then I used a child's enima (double yuck). All better now and I'm on Mirolax to help prevent it from happening again.

Boston Girl here! I made Turkey Stroganoff. Sautee onions, mushrooms & spinach & set aside. Cook up the ground turkey with seasoning salt & set aside. Deglaze pan with white wine, stir in beef broth, grey poupon & sour cream. Add the veggies & meat to the sauce and serve over egg noodles (I skipped the noodles). Its a nice warm & cozy meal.

How intense is the exercising? Maybe you need to up your calories a little in case your in too much of a deficit (ie - starvation mode). I found that If I went to the gym 5+ days a week that my weight loss slowed compared to going every other day while on 800-1000 calories a day. I've found that this is what works for me.
Very intense, sweating bullets, can't talk intense. I will try upping my intake. Easier said than done. Thanks guys!

I'm 2 months out and on a 3 week stall (not losing inches either) I'm exercising 7 days a week (I change up my routine). Eating strictly lean Protein, veggies & whole grains (600-800 calories daily). I get in all my fluids & protein and I take Bariatric Fusion Vitamins 3x a day. I journal everything. I'm not sure what more I can do. Surgery date 12/3/13 sw 230 cw 200. I'm terrified this is all I will lose. Open to any suggestions.

3 weeks no loss I've lost 30lbs and then it just stopped. Non inches lost either. I've increased my exercise (i switch it up with yoga, zumba, running, & weight training) and I eat healthy and get in all my fluids & Proteins. I don't eat any junk. Strictly Protein, veggies & whole grain. I'm so scared that this is all I will lose. Sleeved 12/3 sw 230, cw 200.

No drain for me, just a leak test 24hours post op. I had a 2 night stay. My surgeon said one night would be sufficient but he preferred two to err on the side of caution and give me more time to become accustomed to my sleeve before flying solo.

I quit smoking 10 years ago. I'm 2 months out and now I'm back smoking cross addiction I guess. I hate it. The smell, the taste, everything. Working on quitting now.

This Wednesday coming will make 8 weeks post-op and I'm in my 2nd stall. The first was at 23 pounds, now I'm stuck at 30 pounds. I really wanted 40 pounds by 8 weeks but it's not going to happen.
For ME...I think I need to stop things that have Splenda/sucralose in them. I remember from my time at the DFC--Duke Diet & Fitness Center--when I switched to Splenda instead of Sweet & Low, I could NOT lose weight. It's 'made from sugar so it tastes like sugar'. I am positive that my body treats it like sugar and I do NOT lose weight when I use it regularly. I went back to S&L.
In the past week or so, I've been doing more Isopure and other stuff, and not one pound. I need to back off. For me, in part, it's the Splenda. I know folks like it, but its pattern in MY body is clearly established. Might be something for others to consider.
We are the exact same weight loss, stall and surgery date Lol. I cut out all artificial sweetners. I add a little agave nectar to coffee or drizzled on my oatmeal if I need it. I have no sugar issues though.

After talking with my doctor I opted not to get the depo. She said the average weight gain is 5lbs a year and she said she didn't want to set me back. I ended up with the lowest dose of hormone pill available.

2 months out and I average twice a day. I did have a brief Constipation problem and made the mistake of pushing too hard. I ended up with hemorrhoids for the first time in my life. It was awful. So whatever you do, don't push!

So Im 2 months out and ready to get back on birth control. Surgeon wanted me to wait 3 months but my husband and I had a near accident so I'm going on it now. My question is about the depo shot. Has anyone gone on that post op and did it effect your loss? I've heard it can make you gain weight. I'd rather not have to take a pill everyday.

1st congrats on what you have lost. I'm 2 months out sw 230, cw 195. I have fears that is will stop losing too. Have you talked to your NUT? Maybe changing your routine will help. Change up your foods & exercise. I'd def talk to your NUT. Are you journaling?

You have to have lost something??? How much? You have to give us more details. What do you eat? Working out? Feel restriction?

I'm 2 months out and Im finding problems in my marriage not because my husband is unsupportive but because he has 0 desire to be healthier. He is about 50lbs over weight and won't leave the beer, junk or the sofa. Now I'm not saying my lifestyle change should be his but it would be nice to have someone to be fit with. We aren't in a divorce zone but its something to be mindful of. I need to remind myself constantly that my change is not his.

Whatever you do....DON'T PUSH! Trust me I learned the hard way. The trip to the doctors office was just delightful! Some things I'd just rather forget!
