  1. Thanks everyone. Here's the background...lapband was done April 30, 2007...lost about 130 lbs. and in April 2009 had lower body lift and breast lift with augmentation. With that being said...I also busted my butt to get in shape...lots of walking, jogging and Wii Fit (lol). Thanks for the compliments and good luck to everyone!


  2. You look GREAT but I gotta let everyone know that it's not necessarily true that you can prevent extra skin if you follow the workout and eating habits. Everyones skin is different and their elasticity is different...you can workout 24/7 and still have hanging skin...it's all in the genetics and you are lucky cuz you got some good ones ;-) GREAT job...you should be VERY proud!


  3. Let's see...diet secrets...I counted calories for the longest time until my body got used to eating certain things and certain amounts...I stayed at about 1,000 a day. As far as exercise...walking, walking and more walking...and I worked my way up to jogging. Last year I did the breast cancer 3-day...that's 60 miles in 3 days...I did all of it and I'm doing it again this year...if I can do it...you all can too ;-)
