Hi Kim, I'm 8 months out and have only lost 30 pounds. I feel your frustration. I think for me I thought the weight would just melt off, which is hardly the case. My weakness is lack of exercise. I hate it, but I know that if I'm to be successful I need to get my butt moving. Just know your not alone! -
