Do you have a stricture? Ask dr to scope you for asdurance of stricture this is usually covered gor the first yr which most appts are slso covered for follow up visits the first yr.thats why cost is so jigh for surgery.

Try Nectar brand mixed w/diet v8 splash. I use a 20 oz gatorade bottle w / 1 scoop of nectar protein or 32oz bottle w / 2 scoops of nectar mixed with v8 splash that way you get your fluids &protein together. Keep fluid going in so you dont get a stricture.

Did you go to any weight loss clinics? If so go get copy of yourrecords. I visited2 different clinics trying phentermine so i went in person to get copies for as long as 2 previous they just like to see you tried losing before hand. If you dont have that maybe they will use 2014 for your records.

I had my bypass July 22nd,2013 &still follow my protein & vitamin schedule.

Hair loss gas always happened you just notice it more just keep protein between 60-80grams per day either fluids or foods or both & if its bypass surgery take vitamins religiously to prevent deficiency.

Patience &prayers your dr submitted & phrased it correctly. Thats usually why denied.but continue appealing.

My guess is gallbladder & you can also feel like your having a heart attack from chest pressure thats part of gallbladder attack..have your dr or gallbladder ultrasound.

Remember most insurance company 's rarely approve these things twice..
