im 7 months post op & 10 away from drs goal weight but im now addicted to GOLDS GYM & loving the new me.

today im @ 200lbs in 7wks,ready to continue my journey & return to work on monday

i hope im on track ,its 3wks out & lost 23lbs. 1month follow up next thursday..

only 7 more days, my surgery is the 22nd of july. FINALLY!!!

APPROVED & DATE FOR SURGERY JULY 22ND,IM ESTATIC...

waiting on approval,grrrr.

my last dr appt is next tuesday ,im ready to begin a new chapter in my life
