  1. Okay when you add the Isopure rtd to the boiling Water, doesn't that go beyond the 140 degrees they say the cut off is? I think it's a great idea just want to make sure it's going to mix okay.

    Aspirin

  6. So I haven't looked in a full length mirror in forever. But it's time to take a long look, get before picture taken and say goodbye to the old me. I'm so scared to look at myself but knowing that everything is going to change beginning next week will help. Eeeekkkk

    Has the sweating stopped?

My kids are doing to LOVE that. I sleep with the window open at 20 degrees out. Oh how fun it will be to actually wear cute sweat shirts!!

Will i have to sip forever?

That was also a big concern of mine. Can't imagine how dehydrated we would be only being able to sip.

    PROGRAM FEES

That should be illegal. It's way to much money! I have no program fee and they give us the NUT at no cost. They feel like it should be a paid insurance benefit just like PT is for someone with a broken ankle. Mind you the cost is prolly in my surgery somewhere. However better I pay 20% than the thousands some of you are. At least insurance has a cap for what they will allow.
