  1. Left ab by my port and some near my stomach. I wasn't too convened until the nurse freaked out.
  2. I had a fill three weeks ago of .5 cc. Been fine till now. Our weather has been wacky though. I don't know. It feels more like port pain I guess.
  3. I am just in some pain and just not feeling right. My doc has me on liquids for the next day or two and if the pain doesn't get better I will be getting an un fill I guess.
  4. Super struggling. I have 3.5 cc in my band and think I may be too tight. Trying to figure out a day to make the drive to see my doctor.

  6. Don't heat yourself up. The slip ups are going to happen, don't expect perfection from yourself. This is a life long journey. Just start back up today with the healthy habits.

  8. Checking in a pound up from last week. 242.6 I didn't earn that gain but I know things happen and this is just a bump in the road.
  9. Got my second fill yesterday. The nurse only did .5 cc since I am staying full for 4-5 hours my portions are just a little too big. I really need to focus on eating slower and only eating when I am truly hungry.
  10. I can not take mine on an empty stomach. Instant queasiness and just yuck. So I always take them after lunch and after dinner since I can't get solids down in the morning.
  11. Check in November 15~ 241.6 down 3.4 this week and only two pounds left to get to this months goal and I am getting my second fill next week. Exercise has still been a challenge. Only making it once or twice a week to the gym. Starting a new job and new schedule Monday. Hoping that kick starts me.
  12. I eat around 800-900 calories a day. Once every 10 days or so I do 1200 calories. I am getting another fill Wednesday of next week. Thank goodness because I am not losing much at all, I am down 35 lbs from surgery day. But all the sudden my weight loss had slowed wayyyyy down. I kinda live in this constant fear of stretching my pouch or my band slipping. I haven't thrown up or anything but just being a worry wort. I have been trying to get back into the gym but dang it's hard to get into the habit again :-)
  13. I do eat one chocolate square pretty much everyday. The froyo is a maybe once a month treat. :-)
  14. My meals are still such a mess at 6 weeks post op Breakfast: can't eat solids until noonish so I had a 12 oz nonfat latte Lunch: 100 calorie turkey jerky and cheese stick Snack: 4oz frozen yogurt (date with the husband) Dinner: 1/2 cup puréed squash soup and 2 lettuce leaves with 2oz Thai chicken in them. Snack: 1 ghiradelli chocolate square and a SF hot chocolate. I feel like I am eating way to much.
  15. I like the taste but they are not as good as a lot of other shakes on the market as far as protein/cals/carbs.
  16. Most doctors won't do that. Mine makes you wait two weeks minimum
  17. I do a protein shake before and half a quest bar with a TB of raw almond butter afterwards.
  18. Mushie stage I lived on refried beans with cheese on top and a little red sauce 1/2 cup serving kept me full 4-5 hours. Also ricotta and spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese.
  19. I finally was released to go back to spin class! No more weights for another week. So tomorrow at 5 1/2 weeks post op I will go to my first spin class with my new bandy. So excited!!!! Planning on eating a TB of almond butter before class just so I have something in my stomach and since I can't eat a real meal that early.

  21. If my husband is driving that fast I will have bigger issues then some excess spit. Lol
  22. Nope no problems drinking. I am heading home in the morning which is 3 1/2 hours away, but am scheduled for another fill in two weeks. I will wait it out. Thanks!
