Back in the spin saddle

I finally was released to go back to spin class! No more weights for another week. So tomorrow at 5 1/2 weeks post op I will go to my first spin class with my new bandy. So excited!!!! Planning on eating a TB of almond butter before class just so I have something in my stomach and since I can't eat a real meal that early.
