    banding buddy in San Antonio

I was banded in San Antonio March 2011.
  3. Sounds like gas pains. Make sure you are walking, it is the number one way to get rid of the gas. You will fart & start feeling better. I had the hernia repair, it was terrible trying to swallow, felt like water just "sat" there. Once the swelling went down I was able to drink more. I took meds around the clock for the first 24 hours after that just as needed & walked more felt better. Good luck!

    I hate youtube

I felt the same way. I dropped 50 pounds fast in my first year, I was upset, I wanted 60-70.. I lost only 7 in the next year, I maintained. I went online & got a food list of Low Glycemic Index foods & started watching everything that went into my mouth. Measured it all. 1 cup or less... I walked daily. Next month's check up! Down 15 pounds & 3 pounds each month for the last 2 months. I'm now going to get back on track & I'm hitting the gym with a trainer too. I want my last 42-47 pounds GONE! Good luck! You can do this!!

    August 12th anyone!!

When you start feeling "gassy" walk.. Walking is excellent for getting rid of gas. I'm a surgical nurse too lol pain meds don't always work on has pain, but walking does you belch & fart & aww feel much better. Good luck!

    Arizona fill doctor

It is expensive for fills anywhere you go. Thank goodness for insurance. I haven't had a fill in over a year. I have a 10cc band & have 7.5cc in it. I hope it works out for you.
