I am 3 weeks out, yes love mine too. It is a tool for sure, all mental if you ask me. Was a 13-14, now 11 in only 3 weeks.

It depends on hight and weight, I am 5'3 and 180 now, and they told me 60-80 daily.

I am three weeks out, and Fas X chewable a was my savior. The pain lessened on day 6 for me. It gets better for sure. Good luck

I am the opposite I am 3 weeks and can eat anything. I hope I get to the point I can't. Maybe it is because, you are in it to win it!!

I was sleeved 8/6 and try to eat regular food per my doc, and after 2 oz of protein my head hurts and face gets hot, and chest gas pain, so odd. -
I know I am 15 days out, it gets better, may not feel like it now. gas X is amazing, I suggest you buy it. By day 5 I felt back to myself. Good luck!

Great! Isn't it funny how now we look at food so differently, never thought I could do it. I was sleeved 8/6 down 20 pounds, 180 now!

It gets easier, I am 10 days out. Everyday I was able to drink more, take baby steps. Took me an hour to get a shake down. -

I guess everyone is different, I had my surgery on 8/6 and am on soft foods already. You will be fine! Wonder why my second day in the hospital I was on pudding, so odd. -

I take mini sips while eating, but do not gulp. Has been fine for me. I have hard time with it too. -

I just add a bit of Hellmann mayo, salt, pepper and have with a melba toast. I know someone put on top of retried beans with a bit of taco seasoning , added low fat cheese and heated it up, said it w great.

I made a great ground turkey, and teriyaki marinade. I think the marinade can be any teriyaki, the one I bought had pineapplejuice in it too. It was great, my daughter actually had it rolled in lettuce leaves and added chow main hard noodles for crunch.

Gas. X was my savior. I was told to walk and like you, it was so hard when you are exhausted. I tried, too. It gets better I am a week today post op feel like a new person. The pain will go away, and when you are home it's gets better. Sending positive thoughts your way

Hi I was sleeved 11 days ago and ive already had some solids... and nothing happened.. I feel just fine...Has anyone else done this?

I am 6 days out, and my doc has me on eggs, tuna, anything soft, doing well. Good luck to you. Made a great mocha protein shake today, total with milk it was 39 gr of protein. -

I too was sleeved August 6th, today was the first day I felt normal, but not hungry at all! I have to force myself to eat, my third day my doc had me on pudding, it made me gag. I am trying so hard to get my protein shakes in, but hard I get cramps. I started Gas X it is amazing so far, hoping tomorrow I can eat a bit more. Good luck to you!
