  19. I was banded Tuesday also! Same as you, today i finally felt like me! I think my dr told me at least 6 weeks before my first fill. I will be seeing my Dr once a month for the next year. All doctors are different
  20. Beth- my dr told me 2-3 oz at the top of every hour while you are awake. Also make sure they have alot of protein. Mine has 27 grams of protein per 8 ozs. Plain Jane shakes mixed with water
  21. I too was banded on the 23rd and today ( day4 ) is the first day I have felt more like myself! My kids even drove me to get a pedicure! Keep yourself hydrated and take the pain meds. I'm only allowed 2 ozs protein shake every hour and then clear liquids the rest of the time. SF jello and peach tea crystal light have been my saving graces!
  22. You are lucky you can have puréed foods. I was banded on 7/23 and am on clear liquids for 2 weeks! Sugar free jello and chicken broth helps I also do 3 oz of protein every hour if I'm not full. Sipping crystal light all day!
  23. It will get better. I was banded the 23rd and am still a little stiff but it gets better each day!
  24. Paploo I hope you start feeling better soon. My dr will not allow me to have yogurt until week 3. Also my shakes are made with water. Maybe try that and see if it helps!
  25. Paploo I hope you start feeling better.
