  1. There isn't a group that I know of. I think that will be great to have a formal group.
  2. Oh man that stinks. I don't blame you I hate liquid diets. I don't miss being on the liquid diet. Take it easy and I hope your swelling gets better.
  3. Hopefully being in mushies will help you feel like you are eating because you will get to chew. I think the chewing sensation will be helpful for me. I think the chewing is what I miss. I chew a lot of gum. I chew gum when I am nervous and deep in thought.
  4. What do they think is going on Brittni? Swelling?
  5. I am eating about 4 oz three times a day. I am having a hard time getting my water in. I'm only drinking about 40 oz a day. I can see how you would be hungry in between where what we are on is all slider food. When do you get to go to mushies? Maybe they can advance you sooner since the swelling is going down.
  6. You are definitely not alone. I have those moments but am hoping they get better.
  7. For those who have had surgery, how many times a day are you eating/feeling hungry?
  8. Jama Congrats on being on the other side! I had my check up today and all is good. I feel better and better each day and my energy is starting to increase. We did the right thing and our health will thank us later. Keep us updated on your progress!

  11. I had surgery the 6th and am doing great. I felt better today than I had. It is definitely a process but a worth while one. Keep us up to date on your project.
  12. I think it is a good idea for you to write or do something else to keep your mind busy. Try the shake recipices that musica posted they look good and might help you break your slump.
  13. Yea I have been on here as well as watching netflix and cleaning. As I feel better and am able to exercise I hope it changes to that as my crutch.
