Had a somewhat bad day but I managed to get my protein in. YAY!!

Still haven't looked at the scale yet but I know 299 is right around the corner.

I want to go swimming.. just not at the beach. I am not ready for that.

two weeks and one day later and I am down another 3 pounds.

first day of work was better but i am still not 100%..
