Lap Band -> VSG patient. Had the band done back in 2013 and had issues. Only lost about 20 lbs. Then basically stopped feeling any restriction and regained all the weight. Restarted my weight loss journey in 2016 just by making regular diet/exercise changes. Lost about 45lbs and kept it off. Finally decided to convert from lap band to VSG. Lost another 10 lbs on the 2 week pre-op liquid diet.

Currently 2 weeks post-op.

Lbs lost since surgery on 5/7/18: 11 lbs
