Hello Banders! I have less than a week to go to my banding. I am on a two week pre-op liquid diet. Which is a 1000 calories, 2 cup of nonstarchy vegetables, and 30 calories of sugar free ice pops and/or jello. I am going over my caloric intake by 200 calories with my protein shakes. I am absolutely starving if I don't. I drink extra fluids to help feel full but it doesn't work to we'll.
What kind of preoperative diets are you on and how are you doing?
