Mine started at just over 3 months, I'm at 6 months tomorrow. It was HORRIBLE at 4 1/2-5 1/2 months. It seems to be slowing down some now... we'll see

15/45 for me. I really am diligent.

I'm lucky that I have a lot of hair because I've probably lost half of it. I know, in my head, that it will grow back but when I'm in the shower and it's literally coming out by the handful there's nothing I can do but cry. It's horrible. It's so much worse than I thought it would be. I'm so happy on so many levels but this Hair loss business just makes it really hard to fully enjoy all of my success. I really can't wait until I'm on the other side and I'm bitching about all the new growth that's getting in my way!

Same date 10/21. Lost 67 since high weight and 53 from surgery. Track everything. Exercise 6 days a week. More stalls then not...but hey rocking a size 8 or 10 depending and still obese on the bmi chart. Going for overweight! I want to lose 30 more vi twill happen. Keep doing what you are doing!!
