Had an eat eat eat kind of day. So first time in 2 months I didn't have a plan. It's ok...I ate all day. Protein first but just too much. I am ok and know I need to plan. That's it. Simple. Tomorrow back on the plan.

Sleeved 10/21 not losing as fast as some but thrilled with my progress Hw 250 SW 236 CW 207.5 I bought two pair of jeans today... one a size 14 and one size 12 (the 12's run small but who cares)? Down from an 18/20... tops from a 3x to an xl. Yay me!

So weird not to go to just the end of the mall that has lord and Taylor and lane Bryant. My new favs are Bebe, White House black market, chicos, ny and co, ann Taylor loft. Btw....put on a pair of size 12 skinny seven jeans today. Omg. I can't even believe it!!

Doubled my intake

My 2+ week stall ended today. I was drinking the required Water but noticed I wasn't sweating at the gym. Even after 45 mins of cardio. I think I was retaining every ounce. I do led my intake and lost 3 pounds from yesterday. I guess I will be drinking all day! You will get through it!
