Shower brush with moisturizing body wash. Then Palmers cocoa butter gel oil. Don't dry off. Right onto wet skin after I turn the water off and then right into a robe. The softest I have ever been and I have psoriasis (Which is disappearing)

Had an eat eat eat kind of day. So first time in 2 months I didn't have a plan. It's ok...I ate all day. Protein first but just too much. I am ok and know I need to plan. That's it. Simple. Tomorrow back on the plan.

So weird not to go to just the end of the mall that has lord and Taylor and lane Bryant. My new favs are Bebe, White House black market, chicos, ny and co, ann Taylor loft. Btw....put on a pair of size 12 skinny seven jeans today. Omg. I can't even believe it!!
