K. I have the ninja. Doesn't seem to blend the ice more crush. Anyone have a good blender suggestion for really blending ice in a protein shake? I hate chunks!

O my hubby comes home today and says...remember that lady I told you about that died? She had gastric bypass last year and had some kind of a leak. She had a stroke and died. Are you sure you still want to do this? ... Really exactly what I didn't need to hear. -

Tell them you are having vaginal rejuvenation. That will shut them up. Ha. In the mean time, I have said I am having a hernia repaired. I am. So that is not a lie. I finally told my dad the truth today. He was under the impression that the lapband was "safer". I told him. We are good. He is supportive. Phew.

I have IH. I'M not sure about the requirement but I was on weight watchers 6 months prior to my approval. They may have counted that. Good luck! -
