  1. I weighted 217 when I had my surgery. I'm now 190. I go to the gym for two hours 4 days a week. I do cardio and strength training. I also walk a lot. I don't count calories but I try and sick to three meals a day. If im starving then I have a snack. My Dailey meal plains looks something like this:

    Greek yogurt plan with maybe a banana or a Protein shake with kale.

    A salad with grilled chicken or maybe a turkey chili or left overs from dinner. Or a Kale shake.< /p>

    dinner is 4 oz of Protein and a green veggie if I have room.

    I have an appoint with my dr this Friday! I'm just so disappointed I thought I would have done better!


  2. So I was banded and the 1st couple days I thought... What did I do to myself .... The gas pain was unreal!!!! But it is day 5 and I feel pretty good! So happy that part is over. I had to start just Protein Shakes two weeks before so I'm down 18 lbs and that is pretty exciting! I have a long road ahead of me but I'm excited!!! Hope the rain holds out I would love to go walking again today. How are you doing? When where you able to eat solids again!??


  3. Everyone get's the jitters beforehand....it's like a marriage where you know it's the right thing to do but the commitment of the road ahead may seem terrifying. I too went back and forth' date=' but always reminding myself that it was better to do it and cross the rough bridges, then to chicken out and just be fat and miserable. I'm not 4.5 months out and lost 50 pounds and my life is already totally different. Do it for yourself!

  4. I'm really nervous I'm making the right choice... My whole life I have struggled with my weight. I really want another baby but read that the port could detach from the stomach and cause a lot of pain and possible surgery, while pregnant. Any thought ??? Or has anyone experienced this????
