  1. Yeah, if there's a time to be strict about your diet, it the first four-six weeks when you're healing. Good luck and CONGRATZ on the 20lbs!
  2. Try Boost High Protein... Although its kinds sweet, it tastes really good.
  3. My port site is SORE!!!! And black & blue... Nurse said he had a little difficulty finding the spot for the needle, but now he knows exactly where it's at (for next time). I wouldn't say I FEEL restriction, but I know sometimes it takes a few days to feel it. Back in three weeks for another fill. Eggs & cottage cheese sound really good right about now. LoL.
  4. Eeeeee, I'm not too fàmiar with other parts of this forum yet, but I'm glad to hear that!

  10. I crush my crunch cravings with macadamia nuts.
  11. Take baby steps, darling! And don't worry, we ALL have our doubts every once in a while. By baby steps I mean take it 10 lbs at a time. Set a goal to lose the next TEN LBS ONLY, so that you're not overwhelmed with the big number. I have about 90 pounds more to go but I'm focusing on my next 10. My goal is to be 210 by September 28 (anniversary) if its more than that, well, that's just icing on the cake; however, anything less than that would be unacceptable!! Push on, honey, you're gonna be successful because you REALLY WANT THIS and you really DESERVE this!! XOXOXOXO

  16. If its the bread you're worried about, you should definitely try THIS: http://www.julianbakery.com/bread-product/paleo-bread-coconut/ Low carb, glutten-free, and ORGANIC, among other great qualities.
  17. As long as you use every mishap as a learning experience, you won't fail. Keep your head up!
  18. Go in PERSONALLY, if possible.
  19. You can go to sleep early...!!! You can ask your primary doctor to prescribe phentermine, it suppresses your appetite & that can help you throughout these tough days. Also, adding a 5th shake wouldn't hurt, IMO.
