Doctor office has had all my stuff since last Monday. I call to get an update this morning and I was asked the same questions as last week... (Have you done your pysc eval?? ECT...) I told them everything was done and ready on Monday of last week and they were completely clueless??? I don't want to have to call everyday, but it seems as no one is staying on top of things... I work for a doctor so I have access to the authorization web site and there is nothing there pending for me... What do I do???

Go in PERSONALLY, if possible.

I am waiting on a phone call from the lady who submits, I hope she days it's already done... But I have a feeling she has not... This is so nerve wracking!!!! Grrrrrr

I went through some of that with my surgeon's office...it was like watching the Keystone Cops at times! I was very concerned about going to a doctor whose staff appeared so inept, but it all worked out and the staff really do know more than they came across. In my case, it was because one person handled all of the insurance details and she was only in a couple of days a week. Nobody else really knew where she was in processing anything.

Yes, she is the only person who does it... However, Since I do the same thing.. I handed her everything on a silver platter, ready to go... Even if she has not done it yet, I would still like to know... I know I'm being impatient, but It's hard not t be...
