  1. It's also a lot more expensive, Eller. I'm getting the side of my face done and it CAN get pricy.
  2. CONGRATZ!!! Who was your surgeon? Carolinagirl... It absolutely WAS a head issue. I did eat a little more than usual today (about 100 calories more) but they came from Protein & green veggies.
  3. Lmao @ "flap of shame"
  4. I'm having one of "those" days... The first of its kind after my July 20th surgery. It's a day where you just want to self-sabotage. I'm trying really hard to stay focused. I know our weight fluctuates, but I think I gained two lbs (and can't get them off) and that has me really down today. Starting weight 245 Current weight 217
  5. I get lazier in the side of my face with phenomenal results.... But never considered my kitty getting zapped.
  6. This is a difficult time for everyone, but you CAN be successful. Do what was suggested above, and remember to focus on healing. This too shall pass
  7. Muscle Milk is lactose-free. If you're going to try the almond milk, which I love, start with the original one (not the unsweetened one) because it might turn you off at first.
  8. Not being able to keep liquids down can be VERY dangerous. Like the above poster said, those are tell-tale signs that you might need some taken out. If you DO, please don't delay it. Get it done YESTERDAY!
  9. It depends how much do you have to lose, age, genetics and a whole lotta stuff.
  10. Jean, I was falling in LOVE with you (in a non-romantic way) while I was reading, only to get to the end and see: CLICK HERE TO SEE THE ARTICLE LoL!! Thanks for posting it!
  11. Don't apologize for venting, we are here to listen to you. I'm sorry you're struggling and I pray there's a ray of relieve in your situation soon. Best wishes. My hairdresser introduced me to a product for hair loss. It's garlic based, has a little garlic odor (that goes away) and works MIRACLES!! I first bought the small 5 bottle, and before I finished it, I saw a difference in the amount of hair that fell out. I would be more than happy to mail you a bottle, free of charge, and if you like the product, we can have some kind of arrangement. PM me Feel better!! I should say its in liquid form and goes directly on your scalp. You can use it every 3 or 4 days. You apply to scalp and leave it in.
  12. Good to know! Thanks, guys!!
  13. I'm aware we are NOT supposed to drink our calories, but every now-and-then I still replace a meal with a protein shake. Am I cheating myself (and the band)??
  14. CONGRATZ on that beautiful boy!
  15. Good luck!! In the meantime, put into practice all that you've learned, so by the time of surgery comes, you'll be a pro!
  16. When you said "over ate" I pictured a sixteen century king's feast... That doesn't sound like much food. Please call them. If you don't mind, why are you so unhappy with them?
  17. You CAN. Just make something up!!
  18. I think the best way is on your back.... With your legs off the bed, and your hubby standing up (supporting your legs) let us know which of these positions you try!!! LoL!! J/K
