    Im A Whimp

I really didn't because I wasn't even being nasty when I was telling him "I need to know who's touching me", I was actually being "understanding" since I saw how much his sneakers meant to him.

    Im A Whimp

Yeah, lellow, I think the fact that my daughter was there made me feel worse! But she's my guardian angel and she took it like a champion. She actually said SO many amazing things like: don't worry, mom, you're losing weight and he doesn't even know it... After we were on the bus (and tears still coming) she made me laugh so much showing me pics from her iPad. Carol285, so funny you'd say that! That's exactly what goes through my head every time I encounter someone who has no class. Detchatt, you're right, I've done great so far. I started at 245 and that was only 3weeks ago! Miss679, thank you for your kind words. You described me exactly how I would describe myself and that's an amazing thing because you post something on a forum and you never know how it will come across to the readers. BANDits, THANK YOU ALL!!

    Banded Noob Here

HAHAHAHA!! Yeah, what movie did you watch?? Congrats, it sounds like you're doing just about right!!!
  4. I've read that people who have the sleeve (or is it the bypass?) can not eat fatty foods, or else they get the dumping syndrome... I'm wondering if anyone has flowed or IS currently following a high fat, moderate protein, low carb (aka Atkins) diet, which I may add was the ONLY woe that ever worked for me in my struggles to lose weight.

    High Fat Diet

Yeah, I know... No dumping but there IS being STUCK. I think I rather dump! LoL It's good to know I can follow that type of diet... I think (and have proven to myself) that its a healthy woe, regardless of the ney sayers. Thanks
  6. Awwwww. You're almost there!! Bottoms up

  8. Sheeeesh! Men become ogres when they're not getting any.... If it was up to ME, we would have gotten down & dirty already (11 days post op) (LoL) but HE'S the one who wants to "wait".

    Breathing

We're any of you BANDits instructed to do lung exercises after surgery to prevent bronchitis & pneumonia? My sister had her sleeve and given a devise to take home and exercise her lungs but I wasn't given one with my band.

    Question - Diarrhea :(

First time I actually used the throne in that way (without any additional help) was yesterday, and my surgery was on July 20th, so nine days later. It wasn't diarrhea, it was normal but YELLOW... No color at all. I was weirded out. LoL
  14. I bought the individually wrapped, chewy multi vitamins from GNC (don't know WHY, because I don't like them!!!) but I haven't had ONE because I'm thinking of returning them. Which multies are y'all using?
