    My First NSV

    Hi Everyone,just had to post to say i had my first nsv (none scale victory.) On Tuesday we are flying off on our jollies to Spain, and hubby took me shoping for some clothes that actualy fit, well i would not try on a dress last week a size 20 thought i would be pushing my luck and after thinking about it regreted it all week, well today we were in Ann Harvey's in Exeter and they had the same dress only in a size18 and he persuaded me to try it on and omg it fit's, i think i have tried it on about 10 times so far still can't belive it,what a great note to go away on,Will be away for two weeks and will miss all you guy's, will look out for a internet cafe!!hehehe, well a girl on the way down need's her mates!!!     I can't keep my mouth shut, i think the world knows i have a band I have had mainly positive responses about it, and now the weight is comeing off i am getting quite a few compliments.

  9. Hello Deco, as the girls have, said walking is so good after the surgery, it helps to dispurse the gas that they use to blow up your stomach with. You don't have to do a marathone just a gentel stroll don't forget you are recovering from surgery so take it easy !!! slow but sure. Hope your feeling well soon.

Hello Kim, as i'm sure you have found out the band is a very fickle thing, i was told before i was banded i would never feel full like befor, i find my "full" sign's are a runny nose, hicups, i have a Midband and i had very little ristriction as soon as the band was put in place,some have none until their first fill.:banana

    Darcy, i alway find if i have the cramps in my stomach Hot drinks as hot as you can stand and little sips!. The gas from surgery does take a little while to leave the system, i hope you are feeling better, in any case though we are not DR and if you do get a lot of pain you must see your Doctor!.
