  4. Just an update. Im 29 years old now. After this post i found out i was pregnant. I had to put the surgery on hold. It was a surprise. Well i had my baby and after i had her i went to see my bariatric doctor and in less then 6 to 7 months i got my surgery done on december 2, 2015. I got the gastric bypass surgery. I was at my highest weight of 280lbs. I am now 170 lbs. I feel awesome. Im not at my goal weight yet. Im kinda stuck on a stall rigjt now. I might try the 10 day pouch reset to see if it helps. I started day 1 today. And i just ate a pretzel. Lol do i have to start over? ???? I want to thank you all for your kind words and advice. I really am happy that i did tgis surgery. I feel so energized and happy with myself. I am also a vegan. For some reason i cant eat meat so i decided to become a vegan. Thank you all ❤❤????????

  11. Hello everyone. I am 13 days post op. Im in the liquid stage. I have a quetion. Is 6oz of protein shake too much for now? My dr said my tummy can hold 4oz for now. But im still hungry after the 4 oz so ill drink 6oz then im fine. Im just so scared that even this surgery wont help me lose weight. Im so depressed with myself. I do feel like im losing inches and maybe some weight. I know i just had my bypass done but i just feel so sad and im scared that this wont help me. Thank you for those who take the time to reply.

  14. The only person i told was my sister and brother. I asked them not to say anything about it to anyone. My husband dosent even know i had the gastric bypass done on December 2nd. He was very against it when i told him about it. So i did it behind his back. I want to tell him. But im scared what he would think ???? On December 2nd i went in to have my gall bladder removed and had the bypass done all in one shot. My husband thinks i just had my gall bladder removed. Its hurting me inside that i cant share this journey with him ????????
  15. Hello everyone. Just a little update. I had my surgery on dec 2. After the surgery i had alot of pain. I also had my gall bladder removed. So i was in alot of pain. I couldnt drink anything. I would throw it up. But today seems like its getting better. I can drink 4 oz in an hour. Without throwing up. I will be going home tomorrow. I just hope it gets better. And now the real challenge is here. To eat right and do what i can to keep myself healthy. Im very happy. Thank you all.
