I went for my first fill/unfill yesterday. I had to first have a unfill for measurement. My file said the Doc put in 3.8 cc's at surgery but after unfill yesterday I actually had 4 cc's. I now have 4.5 cc's and go back in 3 weeks for next fill if needed. I was told liquid for 24 hours then soft for 24 hours. I have no appitite at all. I hope this feeling sticks around for a long time. Good luck!

Ditto to what Steph04 wrote I also weigh myself first thing in the morning to avoid any added Water weight.

My surgery was 5/15 and I go for my follow up appointment and first fill on 6/12. The skin glue is still on all my stitches and I was wandering if it will come off on it's own or do we help it when it starts to get dried out and lifting from the skin? Should I leave it alone till I go this Wed for follow up?

Don't get disappointed if you don't feel a lot better in a week. I am 3 weeks post surgery and I can say I now feel great! Give it at least 2 weeks. Your body is in shock and will take time to heal. Hang in there, we all went through it and can tell you each new day will be a better day.

Congrats to you for all your hard work, now go shopping and buy something smaller

Well, I made it to work this morning but not without a pain pill to get me to a comfortable stage to where I can sit for 8 hours at my desk. I had to place a small pillow on my stomach under my seat belt but that worked out ok for the 50 minute drive. I will be getting up and down several times during the day and going on small walks. Feeling pretty good all but the many hot flashes I am having. I guess that will go away after my body comes out of shock from the surgery. All in all, looking forward to what is to come!!! Not really minding the all fluid liquid diet. 5 days post op and 10 lbs off already...wahoooooo

I could not do it if not for the pain pills kkua, I can tell they are wearing off. Sitting in a chair upright seems to be the most uncomfortable setting for me...wearing a bra after 5 days is VERY uncomforable also!
