    Too Much Food?

    I will try that - I've switched to eating salad with a few croutons (low fat) and once in awhile some bacon bits. I've also added a little bit of low fat cheese. I probably was just making the wrong food choices. I've had problems with bread from the start - if it was soft it got stuck, the same with chicken breast, so I eat dark meat instead!

    Hi I need assistance - I am not real computer savy, I am trying to get my ticker to appear in my signature, but it's not. I've copied the HTML, but don't know how to get it to work. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for help

    When does it become fun?

    I'm swimming, I trying to keep the schedule of 3 time a week. The part that really is tough for me is standing in the gym drying my hair - all the "little people" look at me! I guess I'm paranoid!!

    Too Much Food?

    Thank you all. I've been trying to stay away from bread, it seems to get stuck, plus I didn't want the carbs. But I will try whole wheat and make myself a 1/2 of sandwich. I'm hoping the fill will help cause I want to maintain a steady weight loss. I guess my problem is I'm not being patient enough!!

    Hunger 3-28

    Having issues with not loosing - probably eating too much. Need to reduce amount of food eating, slow down and drink more water. Have found out that what I am experiencing is normal which makes me feel a little better - but still does not put me in control. Got to get back into the groove, - swimming and watching what I eat. Eat less - drink more!!

    Teeter Totter!!

    Thank you all. I feel better knowing that I am normal and it will improve. I go for my Second Fill on Monday April 3rd!! I will try all your suggestions and keep my fingers crossed.
  12. Please tell me that the amount of food I eat will decrease and that my hunger will go away. I have been eating a healthy diet, protein and low fat, nothing fattening, fried, etc. However, the amount of food it takes to fill me up is still quite a bit and I don't see the weight coming off. I don't want to be hungry - - I did those types of diets in the past. I've had one fill so far and will have my second next week!! Anyone that has any suggestions - please let me know. :think :pout: :funscale:

    What is average weight loss before 1st fill?

    It is so great to find out that what I am experiencing is normal!! I thought I was the exception to the rule! I've had my first fill and feel no restriction. In fact, I was asking myself the same questions - so it's great to learn it will improve. I am changing my life style, eating high Protein, low fat, etc. I am trying to use Water as a filler - - but when that doesn't work, I eat stuff like Melba toast, or low fat pretzels!!   14. Please tell me that the weight will start falling off - -- don't know what I am doing wrong. Have had my first fill and have only lost 4 lbs. A total of 14, but the liquid and soft diet after surgery get to take credit for that!! Is it because I'm still eating too much? I have changed my eating habits and don't eat the foods I used to - -I buy and use all low fat ingredients, etc. Am I just being too anxious? Any suggestions???

    Hello!

    Thank you- maybe my next fill will help. I am eating a healthy diet protein, low fat, etc. No gravies or sauces. I am exercising - I swim at least 2 to 3 times a week, so I am anxious to see if the next fill will help! I don't like not loosing!
