Having issues with not loosing - probably eating too much. Need to reduce amount of food eating, slow down and drink more water.

Have found out that what I am experiencing is normal which makes me feel a little better - but still does not put me in control.

Got to get back into the groove, - swimming and watching what I eat. Eat less - drink more!!
