I go for my first fill today.. in an hour actually.. and i am nervous and super excited!! which i feel is real silly because i wasn't nervous AT ALL with the surgery.. maybe it is just because i don't like needles.. either way YAY second stop in my journey!!

That's crazy.... they couldn't even special order. ..try www.unjury.com is were I get my protein but they sell vitamins too

i agree with making a dr's appt with your pcp.. however you can get over the counter zantac , even the genaric, and it should help

You got this!! Hugs.. I didn't go through the mad at myself stage.. I accepted it and knew that I was not giving up easily just because I had the surgery and neither are you!!! Take those size 10's out of the freezer and hang them up so you can see them every day unfrozen!! -

hungry girl has a decent version.. with laughing cow cheese i have made it.. as for the pasta wheat stinks.. the purple box with the fiber is the best out of all of them.. my opinion and helps keep u fuller longer.. also try skinnytaste.com her mac n cheese is delish to.. glad he apologized.. i would have given a piece of my mind and then the silent treatment if someone did that to me

I know i was to excited to even care what people thought about it.. i did tell everyone and surprisingly they were all supportive.. even tho i heard you dont need that your great just the way you are.. i started it each time with " So i have some exciting news for me" good luck in sharing the news! -

Ahhh ... I agree Experiment until you find something You like. ..I like them all and in the past. ..after the novelty wore off they collected dust including the gym membership. .. that however. ...had other reasons for that. .. I'm excited to not let anything collect dust this time. .. wish you the best -

i have insanity, tae bo, and zumba.... love insanity but figured i'd water til after the 6 week appt to poss start right now i walk and zumba... if you have the videos why spend the money unless you want to work with the weights and what not.. -

i want to say i was the same thing but everyone told me to keep sipping so i dont get dehydrated like line just stated.!!
