Fish or chicken is what I order. If its just me and people that know I've had weight loss surgery I order off kids meal otherwise I order dinner portions. I have found stuff on almost all menus I can do...some places are harder than others

I control it. Reversible. Been around long time so more info to study for long term success

Getting up and down was the worst! That and gas pains. I have a 5 month old that jumps and year and 4 month old that holds true to his name and will bulldoze (dozer) you lol. If give it a few days before sleeping with the pups..

They are making me wait 5 weeks because swelling and such. I was banded may 8th first fill was offered as early as June 10th

It gets better. Maybe not tomorrow but the day after for sure. The first few days are the worst. My Bullmastiffs both freaked out because I didn't let them in the room and they couldn't sit on the couch on me. Take your pain meds every few hours and good luck. Make sure to walk as much as possible

Had a customer that I also work with at my second job walk it today and look at me an day you have lost a ton of weight and ask when the last time we worked together was (she looke confused lol)

I'm nervous for mine too. It's on the 12th when is yours?
