Try mixing protein power in your broths it will help with hunger my nutritionist said...and the hormones that your old stomavh produces have to leave your body..easiest way is stay on the liquid diet n do the protein powder mix

My nutritionist told me not to protien shake just yet cause in order to get the full protien you have to drink it all n if you have to many in one day you can stretch the sleeve..so she said get the powder cause you can get the same amount of protien say 25g in 8 oz of water or broth, and yoh will be able to eat more say 5 or 6 times a day n have the 70g of protein or more to avoid hair losss n hunger -

My nut told me to try it later cause they are acids in them n can cause reflex not in everyone's case tho

Good luck!! I meet my surgeon on june 11th ..I have my last nut appt on the 4th then They will submit to insurance..if im lucky I could have my surgery after the 11th -

I didnt meet the surgeron today I meet him/her on the 11th but the nurse said my surgery should be right after..!!super happy

I think it really depends on tbe hospital cause in jacobi hip has a 6 month diet ..lol even if I switch insurance n was in mount Sinai still required 6 months diet but jacobi doesnt

Im getting my surgery in the bronx at jacobi hospital..im waiting to meet my surgeon today I went thu all hoops almost. I have one more nut appt on june 4th n im getting mg medical clearence kappt today -

I originally started my journey at mount sinai but switched cauae theh messed up my paper work..but now im so close I hope to geg a date to day when I meet with the surgeon

Im 24 yrs old 5'5 308lbs which puts my bmi at 53.5..I know ita crazy..im top heavy so all my weight is on my stomach n upper back..I hate it!!..im waiting for my June date..hopefullly I find out tomorrow when I met the surgeon. .I want to know if anyone has my same stats..and what kind of weiight lost you are having and what your workout consist of?..thanks for the help
