  1. Same here. I was sleeve 3 years ago and I’m 20 pounds short from target weight. Doctor put me on victoza but the side effects are Awful and it is just too expensive. Now I take Contrave and this is my first week and today I felt really in control. It’s good so far.
  2. Hi, tlemieux. I used to live in Mesa too! I had my sleeve surgery almost 3 years ago with Dr. Suarez and since then I moved to FL and my old habits are creeping in. Right now I’m 15lb from my goal. I was only 5 pounds from 130 but I started gaining weight just like you. The struggle is real and I love getting a reminder that is up to me to make this change and finally hit my goal. Let’s finish what we started!
  3. I went from Band to Sleeve in the same surgery. It was a huge relief as I was not doing good with the band. Things with the sleeve are way better.

    Weight gain !

Feel the pain! Had my sleeve in 2016. Went down to 125lb and now I’m 145lb. I don’t want to keep gaining but I feel so lost and it is hard to “reset” ☹️

Looking for surgery sisters in phoenix

Yay!!! Only a couple of days to have your sleeve! I'm 10 weeks post-op. My pre-op diet was only a week because my BMI was 35 with several commorbities. I got the BA shake, coffee flavor. It was really good but after surgery I couldn't drink it anymore, so I did muscle milk or premier Protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Pokemon GO

Pokémon Go is a free-to-play augmented reality mobile game for iOS and Android devices. The game allows players to capture, battle, train, and trade virtual Pokémon who appear throughout the real word. What makes this game unique is that it uses your phone’s location services and camera so that you can catch Pokémon in real life. That is, when you walk around the streets of whatever city or town you live in, your avatar moves inside the game. So finding new Pokémon and checkpoints for the game actually requires you to get off the couch and walk down the block. Also, different Pokémon live in different areas of the world; for example, water-type Pokémon are found near Water. Right now I'm in San Diego and I got some cool ocean-type Pokémons! Here is a quide of how you play super simple! http://www.idigitaltimes.com/pokemon-go-beginners-guide-catching-battling-and-everything-you-need-know-544262 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Pokemon GO

Hi! I'm 5 weeks out and starting to get more active. I'm a huge videogames fan and I just started to play the new Pokemon Go game in my phone and I'm quite impressed with the game but also with how much I'm walking because of this!!!! The more that you walk around the more Pokémons you can find!!!! So for all you nerdies out there that want to step up your exercise, I totally recommend this game! Good luck and catch'em all! 12. Hi! I had my lap-band revision to sleeve exactly 1 month ago. I'm super happy and I feel more active than ever! I'm trying to get as much Protein that I can but I'm still find it difficult to eat much. My starting weigh was 175 and I'm at 158 right now. I haven't lost any weight in more than a week now so I hope I can break this stall... Overall great experience and my incisions are beautifully healed.
