Oh and thanks for the restaurant suggestions. I love max and ermas club (insides, of course) with a salad.< /p>

I, too, CAN eat anything (no restriction yet), but I DON'T! Trust me, not because I don't want to, but I just made a major investment in my health. I want to run and play with my son forever. I want to shop at a regular store in the mall, not just the plus sizes. I want to eat a slice of pizza and not hate myself later. Hubby's moto is "tomorrow is a new day"! Get up, dust off, and start tomorrow new!

My hubby is very supportive, but this weekend he said "we have to go out to eat, or I'm going to die". Lol, he is NOT going to die, but I can see his point. Any good eating out suggestions?

I prepared myself yesterday when I had 1/2 of a 1/2 a piece of my son's birthday cake. I knew it was happening, but decided in advance to have what I ate! I don't feel bad and today I will walk it off. Btw, I am 3 1/2 weeks out from surgery.

I did not do it. From the inspiration on here, I told myself, I would be able to have my favorites again.

My nutritionist said no pills larger than a baby aspirin.. so' date=' I take chewable Vitamins, and Vitamin d, also I take sublingual b12.. they also make Vitamins in gummies.. and Vitamin D also.. I might try those next time, the chewables are a little chalky... I never thought vitamins made much difference but if I miss mine now I feel a little tired.. [/sup']I do feel tired too!

Any issues with lettuce/spinach/greens?

I was losing 1 lb a day, but now that I added back food, not losing so fast. It's ok. I knew it would slow down, but still sad. No fill for me until 6/19!

My lowest weight (aside from birth) was 113. That was underweight for me. My highest was 225' date=' and I've lived everywhere in between. My goal is one that I can live with; not starve myself & not be a slave to it. That number (for me) is 150. I'll see how I feel when I get there, but I'm pretty darn sure it's going to be GREAT!!! For my age and frame, it's a realistic goal.[/quote']
How tall are you?

Where is the best place to get chewy Vitamins? I have to have 1500 mg Calcium, B12 and Multivitamin. I have Ben crushing them, but the taste is so gross!

Research! I did lots, 6 months worth!

Congrats! I had a relaxer before Anastasia too. It was a big relief. I have the same fear of not waking up.

How do you guys take the huge Vitamins that are suggested. I tried OJ, but I forget the afternoon vitamins. So frustrated with trying to remember....

1 lb a day!?!?!? In less than a year you're going to disappear! It's not uncommon to start losing the weight consistently until they start giving you fills and you become more restricted. Most doctors that I know do the first fill 6 weeks after the operation.
Most of the weight you lose on the pre-op diet is Water weight' date=' which is why it tends to come off so quickly.
Just remember, this is a marathon and not a sprint. Be patient, get your fills, and do what your doctor advises and you will eventually see the weight slowly start to melt off.[/quote']
I fully understand that adding back food WILL slow my weight loss. I am prepared.

Dumb question! I mean a medical diet like 2 weeks liquid, 1 week mushies, etc.
