Surgery tomorrow !!!!! Yay

I have my surgery tomorrow !!!!!

I had my preop last week ! Going in Wednesday morning for surgery....trying to stick to the diet ! Only a few more days :-)

I haven't done so well with sugar busters but have been eating sugar free n low carb

I got my approval today !!! I'm scheduled for surgery next Wednesday 9/25 !!! I'm beyond excited/nervous...it's time for a new and improved me :-)

Sure hope so !! I think I'm just over thinking everything at this point...thanks anxiety lol...on top of surgery I'm planning my wedding to...we said March but my fiancé just called and said he can't wait till then lol and then tells me not to worry he will handle it !! Yea right...I said let's just get my surgery over with and then I'll think abt the wedding !! I'm thinking he's gonna be groomzilla !! Now if there's anything else that can be worried abt ill be right here lol Lord help me

I have pre op tomorrow...anyone know what that consist of ? Worried something might prevent my surgery next week !!! The only issue I foresee is my diabetes being under control...but the diabetes is one of my reasons for having surgery....I'm nervous !!!

I've never had a planned surgery before only an emergency c section...so I don't know what to expect....I'm just worried abt the blood work part !

I'm having mine on the 25th ! I'm right there with you :-) scared and excited

2 weeks ! I'm jealous...I had a 6 months but its honestly flew by

Wow ! I just want to say thank you for sharing ! Im getting banded the end of next month and have wandered what happens if I do this or do that...I'm very inspired by your story and wish you the best of luck on your new journey :-)

I should be scheduled for sometime in Oct !!! Just got hit with the $230 psychiatric Eval but im thankful...that's the biggest amount I have to pay other than my regular copays....I'm super excited !!!! And I'm in Ga :-)

Thanks everyone ! I adore this site...I'm do glad I can connect with people that have been down the same road I'm abt to travel

So five months to go before surgery and I'm reading all the post about after surgery the foods you may never be able to eat again...which may not be a bad thing but part of me feels like I have a bucket list of food I must eat within the next 5 months ! It's so crazy feeling like this...I have a love hate relationship with food...I want to go ahead and start my journey now and start losing now but then i think I'm not ready to let go of certain foods yet ! The battle in my head is gonna be the hardest...I'm pretty sure I can't be the only one feeling like this...just trying to look ahead at the bigger (smaller) prize ! Praying hard for Courage and strength !

I don't have my date yet either but it will be either the end of sept or beginning if oct. and I've been ashamed of some of the thoughts I've been having but figured I'd be bold and share them...better out than in I know that others had to feel the same way so maybe my sharing would help ! Thanks I guess the unknown is a scary thing to face ! I have tons of mixed emotions but I know that it will all be worth it....just needed to say some of my thoughts out loud to get them outta my head :-)
